I have a strategic recon in place for that area and I can say, you could do a lot better. I definitely would not pay 289,000 from something like that in that (this) area!

If you have allergies, take a pass on NC! Other than that, NC seems to be trying to catch up with other states in the tax department. But I can't complain, the state has been very good to me and I've been here for the past 15 years. I came down from a small town in PA where the tax situation had gone completely crazy!
