Great training Program

Post by j6collins »

I started Military Athletes ASVAB 6 week training program about two weeks ago. I cant say anything bad about the program., its great! I have gone from 45 push ups to 62 in a little over a week and around the same thing with sit ups and running. This program will not fully prepare you for ranger school but I use it as my morning workout and it does a great job. The web site says its only for people already in the military but if you email him and explain what you are doing he will be glad to give it to you. The program is designed for people who have been on a steady workout plan(must be able to do 40ish pushups and same for sit ups). Great workout for any soldier, great worm up for ranger prep.- Thanks military athlete!

A quick question, what exactly did you say in your email to get him to send you the APFT program? I emailed him inquiring about it, saying I plan on enlisting, and he said "Sorry-active duty only."

Ranger Jim, great advice (and obvious now it seems). I did not do as much searching around as I could have and upon taking your advice found some great information. I will definitely read and search before defaulting to someone else. Thank you

Omit any reference to Jane Fonda -- I'm not fond of her.
