LRRP history

Post by Rangertom »

I am doing a paper on LRRPs in Vietnam. Currently looking for any copy of FM 31 - 18 Infantry Long Range Patrol Company.
I tried AKO search, half.com, and google books. Hoping there is a packrat ranger out there.

I'm sure you have seen this one http://www.ospreypublishing.com/store/U ... 0850457957

If not, it's great some great lineage.

1. Which version of the FM are you going to use?

2. Use the addresses listed in Patrolling magazine to contact the lettered Ranger companies as a resource. A number of them have unpublished archives on their unit operations on their website. Might as well impress your instructor by using primary source material.

I'd be interested in seeing your paper.
