Jliu137, Opt 4, 40 or 18x can not be given out to people with MED waivers (maybe any waiver but I know for a fact for med waivers). I don't know why they do that the way they do, but nothing we can do. You will have the chance to earn Airborne and then RASP while you are there if you are a stud, and the DS's see you as worthy. Same crap happened to me, and a buddy of mine, he just graduated Ranger School mid December. Good luck in OSUT man.
