Outstanding motivation. Don't let this down time get you lazy, find a buddy and PT your asses off every chance you get (smartly).

Stay strong, stay motivated and gain strength from watching the weak quit around you.

Rangers, thank you for the inspiring words of motivation. And Ranger Bravo57, learning the creed was our first task when we got here and I am confident of saying it with motivation and recognizing the meaning behind every word in my sleep. I had this conversation with my wife earlier on the phone, I know this is where I want to be and under no circumstances will I give less than one hundred percent of my strength while training, this is not the time nor place to slack off or cheat myself. Rest assured I will not quit. As a wise man once told me, they can't break me unless I'm dead. I will be posting again in a couple of months with a SITREP of my completion and initiation into the brotherhood of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Thank you again Rangers for your words of motivation and I will be remembering you all as i am face deep low crawling Cole Range. HOOAH!

Another thing that I would do is get you one of those paper binders and just start writing the ranger creed over and over while you are sitting on your 4th point of contact in the rock pits. It may sound insane but one of the things that the cadre had us do when I went there 3 years ago was have us write the ranger creed over and over. When you have 3-4 hours of sleep and you need to write the creed 100 times it is pretty nice to have a reserve to pull from.

Welcome to the site man. Best of wishes in RASP
