Aanything worth doing is worth doing twice. In my case I got injured and did the mountains twice. The Tab will change your life.

Haha! I had a six pack of Baltika a couple of days after my return home!!! It was amazing!!! I hope the meeting went well!

Thank you all, gentlemen for your support and kind words. Ranger School, and now, the Tab has changed my life - I know I don't fully grasp the extent yet but the future will certainly hold more than a few challenges.

Seeing COL. Steele was amazing, and his speech was a revelation. I can't believe it - the man spoke from the heart, unrehearsed, and it was one of the best speeches I have ever heard.

Unfortunately not in 2012. Maybe next year, who knows. We are doing an NTC validation in a few moths along with some extended FTX time. But no, as much as I would love to deploy with my men, I will not see this chance until we are sent. Unless I volunteer with someone else. I am not too upset though, since this will give my PSG and I to build our PLT to standard and be ready for whatever is asked, send our men to schools, etc. Seeing the silver lining is important since everyone seems to be deploying except us. I really would like to deploy as a PL.
