Welcome Ma'am. Don't drink. Don't cry. If you do, don't tell him about it. Your job is to provide the safe haven for your man to come home and feel comfortable enough to do that himself.

I hate to be blunt, but if he's worried about stuff at home, then when (if ever) will he unwind? Home is a place of peace.

Sisters - if my advice is crooked, then correct her (and correct me). Thanks, ladies.

Welcome. Ft Rich isn't bad, but it may be a shock to you moving from the south.
Someone needs to teach the regular Army how to make a packing list.

Good intro.

Remember that the short breaks he will have between phases will be spent stuffing his face with food.

As much as he might love you, I'd be surprised if he can make it through 3 weeks of mail in two hours while holding a hot dog, soda and candy bar.
