Welcome starkface, do tell us where you went to school & what State, City, you live in.
Why do you want to be a Ranger.

Please always capitalize the "R" in Ranger and clean up your grammatical errors. I can see you like using the capital button but only where you wanted. Please do rad FAQ's, especially Intro FAQ above this forum.

I went to Aliso Niguel High School, I live in Laguna Niguel California. I want to be a Ranger because my uncle was a team leader in 2/75 RGR RGT, he never really told me many stories for obvious reasons. However, he just was someone i looked up to. He was active during 2003-2007, he's the only member in my family who has been in the military.

I can see you have not read Intro FAQ : New members Read & Heed located at the top of Introductions - Future Soldiers and Civilians forum.

run-79 < - - what may I ask is this? We do not want the score, we want the time.

Why do you not capitalize the I as in; "i need to get my 2 mile up!"

Give your Uncle my thanks for his service of our country.

Do not respond to me until you read above especially Intro FAQ item.

OK, so now you have your baseline established. You know what you need to improve -- and you have the holidays ahead of yourself. Start running and pay more attention to detail.

Sorry Ranger Steadfast, I've made a habit of lazy typing while on forum websites like these. I respect the 'attention to detail' atmosphere of this one though. A 79 for my age (18) is 14:30, I apologize. I am taking a PT test tomorrow I plan on decreasing my time on that by hopefully at least 30 seconds, I'm gonna push myself this time. I also will be tested on different subjects we'll be taught within BCT. Any tips or pointers from Rangers would be greatly appreciated! The test will be for my promotion to E-3, I am currently an E-2.
