Guess your too fucking high-speed to be a chopper pilot. Some of us have had our asses pulled out of tight spots by those "flight jockeys". Suggest you put your pea brain in gear before you open that shit-hole you call a mouth.

I'd like a brew with my popcorn, please!

Right. Never served a day in his life and already dissing shit he knows nothing about.

Rangers and Helicopter Pilots/Crews go hand in hand my friend. They are our only way home sometimes, they're like Angels coming out of the sky with rockets and guns. These guys are THE shit!! Rock on fella's!! 8)

Some of the bravest, craziest stories of rescue's and daring are about Pilots and Crews, you go read up on that and you'll be in awe next time you meet one of them.

Really?!? Sorry to hear about you putting out too hard......

I have not decided what I want to do in the Army yet. It will either be going to flight school as a Warrant Officer or going to Ranger school. However, it is most likely that I will not be accepted to WOCS; not to mention I'm not sure if I want to be some flight jockey.
WOW!!!! "Some flight jockey would save your ass dipshit...if you were ever granted the ability to be a soldier.

I am currently attending Colorado Mountain College, majoring in Outdoor Recreation Leadership (A.G.S).

no stay...really....stay

I want to get out of this freaking hippie state. College kids are clueless as to whats going on in the world. Pot is freaking rotting their brains. Anyway, I will be around from time to time to stay updated with the community. I just want to get out into the real world and kick some ass... shit who here doesn't?
want to kick some ass...shit who here doesn't?

Put down the bong and hold very still....close your eyes and....WAIT FOR GOD.

Funny thing about "kickin some ass"...those that haven't want...those that have won't...and those that can don't.
Kick ass in "the real world" in your little town little man...
War ain't for you...stay put...That desert sand will hit you in the face like a sack of shit...and then you will get some REAL soldiers killed....

Go play airsoft somewhere.....feel good about yourself...someone has to...

Jim wrote:D, prior to your doing anything, I want to have a few words with you.

A man has only one opportunity to make a positive initial impression. Obviously, yours is less than spectacular. If you want to serve in the 75th Ranger Regiment, you came to the right place. Over the past couple years, this site has assisted quite a few fine young men achieve their goal -- that of service in the finest units in today's Army. Read all the FAQs, select stickies and threads. If you have questions, use the search function to locate the answer. Having said all this, I recognize the frustration you are experiencing, you feel that it is time to move on and achieve something on your own. Something other than a Rocky Mountain high. That's commendable. Many of us have had the same experience. The Army offers an opportunity to do just that. The only person who limits what you can achieve is you. You have the chance to earn a place in the Ranger Regiment. Never, never quit!

Please tell us about your physical fitness. Give yourself a PT test and post your results.

OK, D, now I want you to begin to pay attention to details. This will be one of your first opportunities to learn. Everything that is done is done for a purpose. You need to practice situational awareness, pay attention to what is going on around you. When you came on the thread, you failed to observe what appeared earlier in the thread, so you missed it. You are responsible for your own actions, and need to take responsibility for your shortcomings. I want you to read the Ranger Creed and give some thought to what it says. Don't be intimidated, many of us try to live it every day. Please go out and run two miles and tell us what your time is.
