McD, I know who you are talking about. I remeber while on R&R in Pretoria a pal in Bushman Battalion told me a former 2nd Bat. LT (F***) had rocked up and was working with him. I never ran into him while in Africa though. He was 1st Platoon Leader after I left 2nd Bat.
