Re: 2 C.H.P. Troopers Killed

What happenened to my post here? The post that suggested legislative changes to Interstate traffic stop protcol that if enacted, could save the lives of countless police officers every year. Special Workouts - Dedicated to those no longer with us

Gents, This thread is going to be dedicated to fallen Warriors whom we'll honor with some sweat. These are not going to necessarily be Crossfit style workouts, as much as they will be gut-checks for those of us honoring our fallen comrades, some of them whom we might have known, some who were like b...

Re: Rangers vs Air Force Pararescue

Honestly, if I had to do it over again, I probably would have chosen the PJ route. Two good friends of mine are PJ's and both did right around 10 years. Another friend of mine (who was in 2/75) is now on a west coast reserve flight. He loves it. Fact is that the recruiter I talked to at the time was...

Re: Daily workout post

You're welcome, Therosser. It's been a while since I've had enough time to actually put my stuff up. These days it's just too much work and not enough time to write up all the WOD's here. But you can always start at day one, copy/quote the workout and keep going. It worked for a few dudes here who'r...

If you're in contact with her, you should ask Mrs. Kopp to come register for an account here. She mig...

Re: good way to attack Iran and North Korea

If I can't handle the heat over the internet, how could I possibly ever deal with it in my face? There are some things you don't have to experience to learn from. Obviously you will be an attention rod. Because negative attention's better than nothing, right? Stop yourself from typing out some amaz...
