I luckily got 11x option 40 a couple weeks ago. I almost got stuck with regular infantry. My recruiter pushed the counseler to keep looking. My ship date is Feb. 26.

I read the requirements for APFTs. It didn't mention using watches. It said something along the lines of not being able to use anything that gives you an unfair advantage over other participants but nothing about watches, etc. Are you allowed to wear them when doing your 2-mile?

were you guys maxing the APFT before you even shipped out for basic?
