The Army has never given a shit about my VA file as they don't have efficient crosstalk.....yet.

Their systems are supposed to be tied in with each other soon. I can't remember the NLT date/year, but its supposedly coming. When it does, expect a total clusterfuck.

Thermals are a funny thing.
.
I was the first out of a UH60 for a water jump.....and was still approximately 750'AGL when all other jumpers hit the water. All told, I was only in the air approximately 4-5 min, but it certainly was a "different" jump for me.

EVERYONE that doesn't have their EIB goes out for it; whether they want to or not. Whether they can pass APFT or not. So, yes, there are failures.

I myself failed a LT on PU during EIB testing. It isn't as uncommon as you think, although there is no excuse for not passing a PT test.
