Re: Intro: Jimming

I have noticed that most of the other members who are in the DEP are a part of the "Five Mentees Report Here" thread. as well as being part of the Mentoring Zone. How do I go about becoming a part of this section of the forums? I only ask because I am trying to learn as much as possible p...

Re: Intro: Jimming

From September 19, 2014 Rangers, I have been instructed by my doctor and by other runners to not jump faster paced running. I am running longer distances but at slower paces, and upping the pace too quickly might cause me to get the same injury again. Once I have worked my way up to a faster pace mi...

Re: 25B airborne ranger: question?

1 Roger Ranger Jim would be the correct response and then added your APFT scores. You have not heeded the advice of Ranger rangerjd. This tells me you did not read the FAQ's for Army Ranger . com. 2 Research what a proper APFT is and add pull ups to it. A lack of research on your part shows your ina...

Re: Introduction- Chase

In the future, add pull ups to your APFT, if you get to RASP you will have to do them perfectly.

Read thru the advice that Ranger Jim has given to the other DEP's and continue to prepare for what is ahead.

Re: Introduction- Chase

On this site we capitalize our name "Ranger", you need to adhear to our standard. It has been a month since your last APFT, when you post the results we don't want the score we want it broken down, check the other DEP's and see how they post their scores and how often. You also need to fix...
