Rangers, Thank you for the tips, I tried a few of them today. The vasiline and no underware worked perfect. I didn't even have to think about it. Something I tried with minimal success was putting vasiline on my toes (to prevent friction). I trend to get blisters between my toes so instead this time...

Uninstall EVERYTHING. find the file on your C: disk and deleate the whole thing. Then go back reinstall it and follow the instructions word for word on how to install the converter and its update.
