Already on it Ranger Luna. Unfortunately I came up with about 450 responses, those of which I saw either just happened ot have the word "leaning" or "rest" in them.

Does anybody currently incorporate the leaning rest position into their workouts? Currently when I do pushups and get 1 rep short of failure I hold myself in the position for 30 seconds and grind out the next set. Is this worthwhile? Questions, comments, complaints, fire, smoke, all welcome.

From the posts here and stories of people who have already been there, it seems that recruiters are very free to twist, bend, or completely change the facts. Is there any system of checks and balances that is in place to keep them "in line"?

I am meeting with my recruiter for the first time this weekend and want to thank all the Rangers for the information I have gotten off this board. I am coming here just as a last minute checklist. Joking aside, as its been a while now and I have not been able to connect from several computers. Does anybody know what the story is? Bunch of Cherries here as well as Rangers frequent both sites, so have you all been having trouble?
