Well thanks for the tips and stuff. I know my numbers suck ass hole right now, but I have until september to get them up. I think that should be good time if I keep my work pase up as it is now, right?

Honestley I have not used a ruck yet. Where would be a good starting point for when i start using a ruck?

I am doing PT so I can improve on my numbers I just DEP'ed in on the 5th. Im sure I will have better numbers for you all come September.
