Ranger Moderator,
Could you move this post that I posted in the wrong section to the Reconaissance section?

Thanks.

Run 15 miles at 7:30 pace Are you serious? This smells a little fishy to me. You're saying you work out for 5.5 hours every other day (about 2 hours running, 1 hour of PT, 1 hour of swimming, and 1 hour of lifting weights, plus a little cool down on the bike). Its sound like you either might be ove...

Doc, 1) I am 19 years old. 2) It doesn't hurt all the time, but I can feel it more if I have been sitting down and had my knee bent for a while. It also hurts if I kick my right leg up in the air. I took a week off from running because it was hurting during my runs, but it doesn't really bother me t...

Knee Problems

I have recently been getting a slight pain right below my knee. From doing some research online, it seems to fit the characteristics of runner's knee or chondromalacia of the patella (tight hamstrings and knee popping when fully extended). I have been following the advice from some running websites,...

I know I've made a few ass-clown posts myself, but what about the guy signed on as "pathos" or something like that? In my time on this site I don't remember anyone worse than him. I don't know if us turds can vote, but if we can, mine goes hands down to him for his blatant stupidity and di...

Has anyone tried the concept that Ranger BadMuther stated of doing push-ups every waking hour everyday? If so, do you recommend it? I read about this theory on militaryfitness.org, but I have only been doing the first method that Ranger BadMuther mentioned of burning myself out on MWF with push-ups/...

Ranger Spartan,
I'm in agreement on Charlize. I'm not a big fan of the orange fake tan look either.
After seeing the Oscars, I have to say I like Ashley Judd better. She has a much more natural look, although I think she might be a little old for me.

Congrats Devilrat. If the thought ever crosses your mind to quit, just think about the people on this board; I can think of four off the top of my head; who would give their left nut for an option 40. You've been given a gift so take advantage of it. I personally feel lucky to even be able to enter ...

Spunkman32,
If you actually read any of the posts, you were given some good advice. PT a lot, and study for and take the ASVABs again so you can qualify for an option 40 contract. How is that not answering your questions?

Ace,
I have that problem too, although probably not as bad as yours. If you do lots of PT right before bed, you get your heart rate going and it takes a little while for it to come back down. Try doing your PT earlier in the day; you might be tired by the time you want to go to bed.

How did you get into college and only get a 44 on the ASVAB? Take a basic math and english class and your score will shoot up.
