i posted that info so you could know that the changes the Army has planned is to improve th fighting force for the CS/CSS types.

it doesn't affect anyone here planning on joining the Infantry.

hasn't happened yet. but it will be in place shortly. support soldiers are going to get a lot more combat training. it has been announced by the CSA, but they are still planning the changes i think.

you will be surprised how little you will be doing actual vehicle and aircraft decons.

if you go to a chemical company, go to a smoke platoon. if you get an NBC room in a unit, go out and hump with the guys every so often if it's allowed. you'll enjoy the freedom you will have.

I AGREE WITH YOU, BROTHER. I don't like the idea that a prior service person does not have any options. if it were up to me and the guy/girl cut a 50 or better, they would get whatever they wanted.
