I went in at about 147 lbs of solid muscle and came out at about 120 lbs. You'll put the weight back on fairly quickly once you start eating again though.

The lack of sleep kicked my ass more than the food though. As stated, there is nothing you can do but just suck it up and drive on.

Hello All, Not sure if this is the right place for my post but here goes... I joined the Army on the DEP in 11/89. Basic started the summer of 1990 and I made it to Battalion by Decemeber of 1990.
