That sparked my interest because I didin't know Army Rangers were still in Iraq, you never hear about them in the news. That's because, unlike the Marines, photographers and PR folks are not TO&E to the squad, platoon, company, battalion, or regiment. I share VAK's vibrations.......my bullshit ...

Now do your running in 40 deg. or colder weather, preferably rain, with no raingear. Make yourself cold, wet, and miserable for days on end. For a break between runs, keep doing pushups, esp. in the mud and rain.
