Ranger Jim, I experienced a slight setback, but all is good now. I was misdiagnosed by the chiropractor, and the strain is actually in the muscles surrounding my spine, not the SI joint. Yes, Ranger jth456. I have an appointment with a chiropractor on Thursday afternoon to get it checked out. I have been stretching and trying to rest until then. I will update this post after i get checked out.

Rangers, I have encountered a small setback. I have developed pain in my lower back area, and have decided to take a break from physical training until I have it checked out by a doctor. I am calling to make an appointment tomorrow morning and will let you know details as soon as I know.

Hello Rangers, my name is Reilly, I am a 17 year old high school senior, and a member of the Army's DEP. My MOS is 11x option 40, and my ship date is September 6th, 2016.
