How is your knee? You do not want to take your physical if you are still injured. Also, we need to see an APT that includes a run time. Rangers, my Bi-Monthly PT scores are as follows, 2 mile run: 14:15 Push-ups: 71 Sit-ups: 73 Pull-ups: 11 I wasn't able to improve my pull up score, so I will continue to work at that and improving my run time. Push-ups: 71
Sit-ups: 73
Pull-ups: 11

I wasn't able to improve my pull up score, so I will continue to work at that and improving my run time.
