for stretches i'd recommend a rectus femoris stretch. basically standing straight up and down on one leg, place the other leg behind you on a chair, rocking your hips backwards to lengthen the distance between your hips and the front of your knee, start doing a one legged squat basically. http://www...

when you get into the "book" answer of how far to increase runs the answer is 10% per week. i don't know how far you run now but lets say you're running 1 mile a day x # of times a week. the following you should run 1.1 miles a day x # of times a week. the following run 1.2 miles a day.......

hey pathfinder is by far the coolest badge out there....i mean seriously....it's got a freaking flying torch! and yes, when i had the opportunity to go i jumped on it because of the badge. only school i've ever badge hunted. haha.

you'll find out that the big army has this mindset that all the "high speed" units are all gung ho, hoah hoah and shit. you'll also find that that is not true. the more "high speed" you get, the less loud and obvious you try to be.

Ranger Earthpig...to answer your question....they fit the schools in on a select and as needed basis. i missed a fixed wing/rotary wing bilat to go to Ranger School. Guys will miss some individual training or refresher training if it's not mandatory to attend some schools. Schools like SERE/HALO are...
