I agree with Veteran Kurt V... Get your feet checked out - they should check your gait and see what running shoes fit best and compenstae for your style - you may even bed inserts / insoles. Cheap running shoes can lead to shin splints, knee problems etc.... Worth getting a decent pair if you're goi...
