It was a 2 mile "slow" run Ranger Elmo, I'm more of a weight lifter.

Current PT:

Age - 19
Height - 6'5"
Weight - 230lbs
Pullups - 8 (difficult on a large frame)
Pushups - 73
Situps - 100
2 Mile Run - 20:00 on treadmill
