Re: Introduction-Constantine

Constantine to them you are a quota. If you want an opt 40 contract and they really want you then hold out for what you want. Visit another recruiter and see if they have any.

Re: Introduction: Zach

Good job on responding to the task at hand and getting it done. You have work to do. Your PT test shows me where, so I shot you a PM to help you focus on those areas. Keep us posted and NEVER QUIT!

Re: Introduction: Zach

Lets see the 2 mile run time. There is no time like the present bud, it's not going to get any easier. Obviously your push ups and sit ups need improvement but a 1 mile means nothing to me. Forget being embarrassed by your time and just do it as fast as you can right now. I remember my NCO's telling...

Hi JES_forever, take a look at this book. (Once a Warrior, Wired for Life.) Pretty good read and has some good insight.

Re: Introduction

Hi Spencer, and welcome to the sight. Lesson one, you need to work on your attention to detail a bit. You posted in the (Rangers,Veterans, Ranger Wives/Parents) section instead of the (Future Soldiers and Other Civilians) section.

Re: Intro - Joe

Welcome Joe, a good way to improve run times is a run, sprint, run worked into your weekly schedule. If you have access to a track try walking a 1/4 lap, jogging a 1/4 and sprinting a 1/2. Do this 8x then switch to walking a 1/4 jogging a 1/2 and sprinting a lap x8. If you have access to a track the...
