Constantine to them you are a quota. If you want an opt 40 contract and they really want you then hold out for what you want. Visit another recruiter and see if they have any.

Welcome Joe, a good way to improve run times is a run, sprint, run worked into your weekly schedule. If you have access to a track try walking a 1/4 lap, jogging a 1/4 and sprinting a 1/2.
