45 lbs is not bad but don't go much above . Remember that is 35 lbs dry then you have to add water and whatnot. Never want to be less. So a little above is always good. Once you go much above the 45lbs or so you ask for trouble in the way of hurting yourself especially if you are doing it often.

Military / medical (I play a medic anyway)........ Need to have front, back, and side plates. Looking for something kind of comfortable since I could be spending some time with it on. Secondary use would be zombies......
