My knees hurt after every run (really sharp pains towards the inside). I get over the pain and continue to run and do what ever but I am just wondering why and what can I do to help stop and fix it. I am only 16.

What kind oh PT things should I do? I run a mile in 6 mins and 2 miles in 14 mins. I can do like 40 something push-ups in one set pretty easy.
