Re: The Workout Thread
Figure I'll post my scores, since I haven't done so in a while.
Self-Administered PT test:
Push-Ups: 72
Sit-Ups: 70
2MR: 15:15
Pull-Ups: 5
255/300
Push-ups were down 1 rep from my last record last Tuesday. Sit-ups up 1 rep, and my 2 mile down 27 seconds.

Re: Sitrep - Black2594
Just an update, Rangers. I was informed yesterday that both my Senior Medic and I will be attending the EFMB Course in April up at Warrior Base. If anyone on here has happened to have gone through an EFMB cycle, would you mind sharing any kind of advice with me?
As always, staying motivated, Rangers.

Re: Sitrep - Black2594
Hello, Rangers. I graduated from the 68W course on the 19th of December. My scores on the paper tests left a lot to be desired, but I passed all of my hands on evaluations with flying colors. Still working on the PT side of things, but I've improved drastically since Basic. I'm headed to Korea for m...

Re: Sitrep - Black2594
My apologies Ranger Jim. Knocking out 50 for lack of attention to detail.
And I'm tracking on the 68W letters, Ranger Jim. Reading them as you are reading this.

Sitrep - Black2594
Sorry it has been so long since my last post, Rangers. I have completed all requirements for Basic Training and am graduating tomorrow here at Fort Sill. I leave for Fort Sam on Saturday, hopefully. I am continuing the climb upwards and working extremely hard on bettering my PT scores. They are not ...

Re: SITREP - Black2594
Hello, Rangers. Went to MEPS last week, and signed for a 68W Medic slot.. However, with NO incentives. I'm going to do it the hard way, and push myself to my limits to get to Ranger School. I understand that my journey will be a whole lot more difficult with this decision I have made, but nothing is...

Re: SITREP - Black2594
A little update.. I ended up going to the recruiter today to be measured. I'm at 6'1 219, three under the maximum percentage of body fat, so I'm going to try and slim down to about 210 the rest of this summer, then lose more after football to get between 195 and 200. My recruiter also went through t...

SITREP - Black2594
Hello, Rangers. It's been quite a while since I last posted. I figured I would go ahead and make one of these SITREP topics, since I'm finally talking to a recruiter. I'm going Monday to be measured (I'm about 6'3 and weigh about 225). I know I'm probably going to have to lose a few pounds, but I'm ...

ASVAB Results
Hello Rangers, I took the ASVAB on the 13th of October at school. I scored a 66 on the test, and 114 on the GT part of the test. Just wondering if I should consider retaking the ASVAB at a later point, when I go talk to a recruiter or keep these scores. PS: I did my worst on the Electronics Info. se...
