Might could do it...

Jeetyet?

I've converted, too. Grew up in Mass, spent the last 6 years carpet-bagging at Benning.

Check out the new tattoo I'm thinking about getting:

At lunch the other day some kids were talking about the draft and some kid said "If they brought the draft back, I'd try to break my ankle or something." All I said is "You're a panzy" while he made excuses about not dying for an unjust war. He's a long haired hippy. This genera...

Welcome Wally. I'm new in these parts, but someone will be along shortly to remind you of the PERSEC policy. Please update your signature in your profile to remove (at least) your last name.

I don't know shit about being a medic, or a Ranger medic, or a SOCM-qualified Ranger medic, but I do know that "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush." If someone is offering you an opportunity (and it sure sounds like a good one), then JUMP ON IT! If not, you'll be kicking yourself ...

GH: You're going to be a rifle platoon leader. Neither failure nor quitting at Ranger School is an option. Decide right here and now that when you stand in front of your platoon, wherever that is to be, you're going to be Ranger qualified. Let nothing stop you from that. You WILL take them in harm's...

I guess my point Battle Boar was that in the end, those who serve together in the 75th Ranger Regiment have this sort of life long pride in our brotherhood that draws us together long after the experience is over. Certainly there is life long pride among any soldier who rises to the occassion and s...

That's probably a phenomenon of most board members having served in the Regiment, as compared to those who's claim to being a Ranger is that they are graduates of Ranger School. In the end, I think there is far more life-long pride displayed among individuals who experienced several years of servic...

Re: Congressman Mike Honda of California (POS)

That wasn't the worst of it. Hannity asked him "do you think our military does good for our country?" He refused to answer the question. Hannity then repeated the question 2 or three more times and this guy refused to answer the question each time. It is way beyond my belief how a treason...

I'm shocked that a college Psych class would schedule a Warrior to be a guest speaker. Excellent! I wish more schools would be that open. Sounds like a very worthwhile lecture. RLTW EP EP, This kid's a "smack" in "college" in New York with a former RI as an instructor. I think I...

And thanks, all around. Found the site surfing around. As explained below, I'm a staff guy now, probably a little too much time on my hands. Little about me (probably too late to save my "weak intro"): I've been an infantryman of one flavor or another for about 10 1/2 years. Greatest honor...
