Young man...you totally missed the point Ranger Lefty made to you in his response. Your ability to comprehend appears to be as poor as your grammar skills that you have displayed.Mello Yello wrote:Ranger Lefty, Thank you.

Re: Sitrep
Congratulations getting an Active Duty commission. As I said before, go to OBC already a PT stud so you can compete to get a RS slot which I suspect are very limited. Keep us informed of your progress.

Hokie.....if you do indeed get a Ranger School slot (which shouldn't be a hard thing to do), you need to exhibit you do have some balls by saying in a thunderous voice... "One for the Airborne Ranger Tanker in the Sky" in place of "One for the Airborne Ranger in the Sky" at the e...

Re: Introduction- Dominik
Hokie...I am curious about your Branch. In the old days an Armor 2LT would go and join his unit (Armor or Cav Regiment/Squadron) and be on or around tanks but this was in the old Cold War days when tanks led the way on the battlefield. By all appearances, it seems like Armor units are very few these...

Re: Just graduated class 10-13
Ranger, school, sucked! Now do you now understand that regardless how many books you read, videos you see or people you talk to about RS that these things really only captures the suck factor on a VERY superficial level? Years ago when people asked how RS was, I really only could say "it sucke...

Well David...it appears your BS detector is working quite well even if you are a jarhead. Never heard of a "Scout Cavalry" unit or a unit described as such but then again things may have changed. There are Cav units and then there are Armor units. Regardless, the Officers were produc...

Re: Meeting with a recruiter
You have been on this site since Oct 2011. In your introductory post, you stated you have to lose weight. It is now close to two years later, and you still say you have to lose weight. It seems now you are just getting around doing some PT. Doesn't seem that you have put much effort into your goal o...
