Re: Introduction

This is pretty annoying. It isn't as annoying as your whining. If you have done any reading on here you now realize that getting the contract you want is all about timing and may take patience. It is stated often on here to just walk away if you cannot get the contract you want. You decided not to ...

Re: update

Ranger history? Have you gone to the armyranger.com home page and clicked on the "History" link at the top? There is a hell of a lot of information there. Of course someone may be able to give you a book to read.

Re: introduction from contagent93

Attention to detail is important and so is effective communication. Sorry no intention to offend Ranger Kilted Heathen and Ranger Bill just an old habit again sorry. You did it again. Your apology is in the same fucking format as your original post. It is just a run-on sentence of multiple thoughts...

Re: SitRep

I’d be glad to get some food with you and show you around the Academy. Everyone here, including me, thoroughly appreciates visitors! So in essence, this is just a fucking plea for visitors so you can be allowed to leave campus during the week for something other then mess hall food huh :D :D :D Doe...

So true....I left the small town I grew up in when I was 18. Lived in various places in the US and Europe. Where am I today over 30 years later? I am back in that small town....

Take "if" out of your vocabulary! Go in with the attitude that absoutely nothing is going to stop you from reaching the objective. Get it done!

Re: NCO Tutor?

While it would be nice if all PSG's were competant, energetic, and cooperative, ...its not so. Perhaps all the PSGs in the Ranger BNs are first rate. I know I would have an expectation of this. I would think they are the best of the best. Unfortunately, like Rock Island Ranger stated, this may not ...

Re: Introduction from kentucky

Despite the fact that my ex-wife lives in KY, welcome DEP and much success in the journey you will soon embark upon. Someone will be along and PM you an ROE and instructions on the proper conduct when you are a guest of this site. That said, I do have to make a spot correction though. Do you always ...

Re: Introduction

Well now you know where you stand with regards to PT. It is an important thing to know so you can "measure" your progress. You have a lot of work ahead. Ask yourself this simple question and answer it HONESTLY to YOURSELF and not in a post. If I hadn't asked you if you had self-administere...

Re: NCO Tutor?

I was fortunate to get some early training/interaction at College in the early 80s with a Ranger Command Sergeant Major who later on became SMA. We also had some other great TAC NCOs there as well. Later on, as a brand new 2LT, my time with Batt Boys at RS was a great experience as well. Of course w...

Re: Introduction

I am not too sure why I am responding because it does get to a point that you say to yourself "he is not worth my time" when reading posts from wannabees. I am sure other Rangers have thought this as well with regards to this thread but I have decided to post in hopes that OTHERS with aspi...
