Thursday WO's complete. I have drill this weekend and I'll bring my ruck with me in case you have us rucking, but I probably won't have access to much equipment if you have us do something else. I can make up any workouts Sunday night.

Ranger Nomad, Workouts complete. AM WO averaged 9:12 per mile. To give you some feedback, the incline and decline bench is getting easier for me at 70% (especially the decline). Ranger Nomad, Completed the WO. Although they are contrary to my build (long, skinny arms), I liked the braced squats alot and I'm glad we did them today. Specifically, I liked that they seem to not only work the legs but you have to keep your core firm to keep the weight stable and in place. 25 lbs...
