Had to switch the AM and PM workouts because of work. Took me 7 sets to get to 300. I think I could have done it in fewer sets, but kept having to answer the phone at work. My workout time was 32:20.

I got up to 9 reps on the pull ups, twice. 18 sets total. Couldn't get to set 10 without kicking my legs, damn it. Did 30 minutes on a stationary bike (7.2 miles).

That was a good workout, Ranger Ndog275. I underestimated how tough that would be. That second mile put a hurting on me, way more than the first or third.

Ranger Nomad, I did workout B. I had to substitute an elliptical machine for rowing. I don't have access to a rowing machine. Didn't take much of a break between the elliptical machine and running to try and make up for not rowing. Although I wish I had a rowing machine, I got a lot out of this one....

WO complete. Had to substitute the push pulls with 20 medicine ball (40 lb) presses. Some jackass broke the machine at the gym.
