Thank you Ranger Tenn-RGR. For a diet plan, what would you recommend? The last time I ran hardcore was at the State Meet on June 4 of this year. My recruiters including one who was a Ranger with 2/75th said that because of my talents running that I could take the summer off from running, and I have ...

The Ranger Sleepy Doc , if at all possible, I will be willing to create a video of myself performing PU/SU in which I would glady accept your count of each that I do within 2 minutes. Only reason I say that is because as you mentioned RIP will probably be stricter and I am curious to see how well I...

OPSEC?
I searched for an answer all over the forums and was curious as to how operational security works. What I mean by this is, when can you talk about an operation that has taken place, such as when the media some how finds out things they should not and also how it becomes declassified. I know the gove...

Thank you Rangers for informing me, my mistake. If I am allowed to say this, Miguel D. Howe, LTC, SF, Commanding was present when I did my PT Test. It was done with and infront of all Southern CA Recruiting stations and their recruiters on May 31, 2008 at Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base on L...

I figured someone would think I'm a pedifile haha. Actually it came from every track meet. Right before I would race as I was walking onto the track I had a twix or some type of candy in my hand. As for my PT score it was 300, I don't know the extensions for the actual score. The PU= 107 in 2 min, ...
