Welcome. Why don't you just re-up and go to RASP as your current MOS? You can hit Airborne on the way....just do a 4187. You said you liked the medical training and wanted to be in a line unit badly...

If I enlisted I was thinking of going army infantry or 82nd airborne and after a year or so going out for rangers. Really bad idea. DON'T DO THIS. Mine got pretty torn up in the Stan from rocks and such...They've made improvements to the soles since I first got mine though. I had to bump up a 1/2 size from my normal boot and that worked for me.
