You just beat me to it Ranger PocketKings!

I liked Gates so much the first time that I read it again. It's one of my favorites now. The Afghan Campaign was also a good read.

Ranger Capellanus,

ul = w (it kind of looks like it, right?) At least that's how I read it. :)

Thank you again,

The book, "The Road to Unafraid," by Chaplain (CPT) Jeff Struecker is a quick and easy read. "Black Haulk Down," is becoming a clasic. "Charlie Rangers" another and of course, "Band of Brothers." There are many others but this will get you started. Thank you ...

Thanks for the reply. There are better books out there to read then that one. Try reading a book by a real Ranger. Not just a tab wearer. Ranger IDon'tCare, That book was just a starting point. Looks like I have some shelf cruising at Barnes and Noble to do. What books would you, or other Ran...

Your quote here Erin. "Special Ops facinates me. I like to learn and I look forward to learning more about the Rangers." So what are you doing here? Looking to move down to GA? Why do Rangers fascinate you? Really not trying to bust your chops but why not SF since you say your in Bragg. W...

Actual opening sentences... 1. Sure, lots of kids like to start fires, but how many of them have a propane torch, gallons of accelerants and a basket of dry rags . . . 2. One score minus three years ago, and nine months, my father and mother, deciding to form a more perfect union, had sex, and that'...

Re: welcome

Welcome. I can't belive you moved from MN to some place warmer. Ranger FIST TEAM LTR, I know, usually migration doesn't happen until the later years in life. Can't say that I missed the snow, or the winter, though. I even got a 2 hour late start to my work day once (the snow was gone by noon)...

Ranger Charlie 51,

I run/walk/jog 3-7 mi/day
Average Pace: 10:30 min/mi
Best: 9:12 min/mi (7.2 mi/hr)

That's not too bad for a graphic designer/artist... I think?

My goal for the next year is to log 2000 miles
