m frames
Go with the M Frames man. I think you will be pleased. The only problem is that they are a little bulky to store when not on your face.

Not A Good Day To Die
Not A Good Day To Die is definatelly worht the money and the time. I bought it at the PX and was thinking it was going to be just a kick ass story from the guys on the ridge. Turned out to be a kick ass story (and as accurate as I've ever heard anything to be...) about the enire build up through exe...

thank you
Thanks for your input. I'm in the process of training a number of 'other than Army' (OPSEC?)personnel on Unarmed Self Defense (USD) techniques down here at FT. Bliss. I have recieved my instructor validation (familierazation) and have been told that I/we (consisting of my team of 12 other reservist ...

update
Just for your viewing pleasure... I have still yet to recieve the equipment I have ordered. I'm being told that from Lightfighter that the Eagle company is 'smaller than everyone thinks' and is busy filling DOD contracts. (Most likely a true statement) and I keep getting the '2-3 weeks' answer to wh...

SITREP
Rangers, on your recommendations/validation of Lightfighter.com I went ahead and ordered a bunch of equipment. I intially ordered a few pouches and a COMTAC II Peltor head set. My order was processed quickly. I called to find out how long it was going to take to get the Peltors and they said 2-3 mon...

Combatives training question
I'll post this request in other forums. (doesn't look like this place gets much attention...) Can anyone help me find any manuals or training guidance for combatives? I have to go teach self defense and restraining techniques soon. I would like to refresh my memory on the core moves etc. RLTW Hunter

Feedback from the group on the Lightfighter Co.
Gentlemen, After reading much of the input from all of you during my quest to aquire some tactical gear (Peltor COMTAC II, Rhodesian or similiar chest rig..) I stumbled across a company that I haven't heard of before. It is the Lightfighter Co which advertises locations at Ft. Campbell and Bragg. I ...

You'll get your chance
Hey bud, You'll get your chance to volunteer. What you do with it will be up to you. Yes there are successful 'older' intial entry Rangers out there but be for-warned, you are going to be told what to do by a bunch of guys a lot younger than you. Remeber that the guy that has been in BN for 5 minute...
