We may or may not know each other. Went through Huachuca at the same time.

You were probably there when the drama with (ex) Drill Sergeant B***k went down

PM me.

They are also being issued to SF units.

Before last trip to Afghanistan we got Lowas, and this year they're giving out Desert Oakleys.

The general feeling seems to be that the Oakleys are a much better boot.

Thanks!

CONUS all I do is clearance stuffs, so this is kind of my forte. Generally speaking, financial problems are the number one disqualifier for clearances. 5ish figures of unsecured debt are what I see clearances kicked back for. On the other hand, I HAVE seen guys with bankruptcies in their past get ap...

Just a minor intel pansy nitpick here: Counterintel is part of MI branch. You could branch MI, and then go Analytical, Imagery, CI/Linguistic, or Signals Intel. I'd stay away from analysis. I do it, and to a certian extent it's enjoyable, but thats mainly due to being assigned to an SF battalion. Ho...

I bought a pair of the Belleville 700s off Ebay last year. They are WORLDS better than the all leather pieces of crap. At least as far as my friggin' misshapen hobbit feet are concerned. I've done 40 miles in Jungle boots before and my heels were friggin meat. This was wearing two pairs of socks, an...
