Buddy with an 11x Option 40 contract
Hey all, I have a good buddy of mine that is at Fort Benning right now in OSUT that started early January; I've heard you can track progress of the unit and that some places even post pictures as they progress. I've done google searches in vein to find my buddies unit he's in but have come up short....

Re: General’s Controversial Graduation Speech Sparks Riots,
I had to enlighten my old XO as he was shocked and posted the topic on facebook. His friends were posting long rants about how out of line the General was for saying what he said. They all felt kind of dumb after I said "hahahahaha I love that website." Then they got the picture.

Re: Gross jokes
Not gross but got a chuckle from me. One night at the local pub, a guy is smashed at closing time. He tried to get up and falls flat on his face. He tries it again, only to fall again. He thinks to himself, 'I didn't have that much to drink did I? The wife's gonna kill me.' He crawls outside, hoping...

Re: Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
Thanks for advice boscounderfoot and abuckelew. But boy... I have never been one to turn from confrontation or shy away from a fight. I think I might have an aneurism this semester keeping my mouth shut with my vein in my forhead pounding away.

Re: Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
boscounderfoot, my major is in geosciences but the problem is I need some useless class credits for my degree. My choices were between the psuedo social sciences and history classes. I need these useless classes to graduate. If I could have taken another real science course I wouldn't be taking this...

Re: Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
You're welcome stud. Don't forget to address Rangers on this site appropriately, and I think I speak for the crowd when I say, "Drop the @ symbols." That shit makes my teeth itch. I did some push-ups because I had to re-read the site rules. I guess everyone needs re-training once in a whi...

Re: Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
@ Jim, that shit is ridiculous. Luckily I haven't had a teacher or professor like that, I would lose my shit real quick as you did. The principal completely missed the point of the whole arguement, what a dolt. @ Lunch, I have learned to keep my mouth shut in the military and I don't comment on anyt...

Re: Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
Homework and studying won't be a problem, I have great work ethic. But when it comes to politics I have a short fuse and a battery full of knowledge to back my arguments, this stems back from high school too. I told my Participation in Government class teacher that he was an arrogant coward son of a...

Advice for dealing with liberal professors?
So this semester I enrolled in a kickass WWII history course that only meets once a week for 3 hours wednesday nights. I've only had one class with the guy so far and he seems like a decent professor and can tell he is passionate about what he teaches and history in general. I can't help but get the...

Re: Equipment in OSUT
Thanks for the reply Jim, It makes sense that TRADOC wouldn't have the most up to date equipment, OSUT should be as unpleasant an experience as possible  @ rgrokelley, by soldiers do you mean every soldier on the base or the ones in bootcamp at jackson? the smaller MOLLE rucksack I think yo...

Equipment in OSUT
For those joes that recently went through OSUT; do they have MOLLE gear and rucksacks or do they still use the old school gear? I have a buddy shipping out in dec or jan and was just curious.
